| Summary | 0003580: Paths Contained Exclusively of Integer Path Point Locations Can Produce Float Dimensions for the Entire Shape | ||||
| Description | In theory, if a Path has no Stroke, and is composed exclusively of Path Points positioned at Integer positions, then by consequence, the total dimension of the entire shape should also be an integer. However, as can be seen in the attached video, this isn't the case in some circumstances, and even perfectly-placed Points can produce a total shape that has float dimensions. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Repro Steps: 1) Create a Page 4) Add some complexity to the shape, by adding Path Points at various places around the shape using the Path Tool (P), by clicking the Path Tool along Segments, then using the Path Selection Tool (A), to move them to a different position. 6) Equip the Path Selection Tool (V), and select the Path. Observe how the total Path Height and Width contain Floats despite the fact that the shape is made up exclusively of Integer Path Points. Expected Results: Elements made up of integers, add up to integers. | ||||
