Summary0003609: Paths Can be Converted to Paths
Description

There are two separate issues in this ticket:

The first, is that a drawn Path has an option available in its context menu to 'Convert to Path' although it already is a Path.
The second, is that invoking the 'Convert to Path' option in its context menu changes the dimensions of said Path, and can be repeated over and over again on a Path.

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Page
2) Using the Path Tool (P) draw any enclosed shape in the Page's RootGrid, and give it a nice and large Thickness.
3) Right-Click on the Path, and within the context menu, navigate to 'Path'.

Observe how there exists a 'Convert to Path' option for an object that is already a Path.

Expected Results: The 'Convert to Path' option is greyed out for objects that are already Paths.

4) Make note of the Width and Height dimensions of the Path, then go ahead and select the 'Convert to Path' option.

Observe how the dimensions of the Path have changed.

Expected Results: Converting a Path, to a Path, should not impact the Path's dimensions.

5) Continually repeat the 'Convert to Path' context menu operation over and over again.

Observe how the Path continually shrinks each time the action is performed.

Expected Results: Converting to a Path repeatedly, should not repeatedly shrink a Path.
