Summary0003628: RenderTransforming a Star Primitive Converted to a Path, Can Alter its Dimension Values
Description

Currently, if you use the Transform Tool [Y] to RenderTransform a Path Drawn with the Path Tool [P], it will scale the visual size of the Path up and down without changing the Dimensional Readouts (Height and Width) of the Element. (as expected, as a RenderTransform does not change Dimensions of an object)

However, if the same operation is performed on a Star Primitive which was converted to a Path, there is a very rare chance that minor changes in its Dimensions may occur.

This issue only appears to consistently occur on the very first RenderTransform of the Star, and does not have a 100% repro after the first instance. It also may require restrarting the application, then creating a brand new Page and starting over again with the repro steps to get it to reproduce.

Interestingly enough, I was not able to reproduce this issue on Ellipses, Rectangles, or Polygon Primitives converted to Paths.

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Page
2) Using the Path Tool (P), draw any enclosed shape in the RootGrid of the Page.
3) Select the Path, then equip the Transform Tool (Y), and grab one of the corners of its adorners, and pull in any direction to change its visible size on-Stage.

Observe how the Width and Height readout in the properties are unchanged, as expected with this mechanic.

4) Introduce a Star Primitive to the RootGrid of the Page.
5) Right-click on the Star, and from its context menu, navigate to 'Path', then 'Convert to Path'.
6) Without touching any other tool, or clicking anywhere else first, immediately equip the Transform Tool [Y], and grab the lower-right-hand corner of the Star's adorners, and pull in any direction to scale it.

Observe how at the time when the mouse is released to commit to the transform, the Height and Width readouts in the Path's properties panel have changed.

Expected Results: Render Transformers do not change the Height and Width values of the object being transformed.
