Repro Steps:

1) Create a Page
2) Drag a couple elements into the RootGrid of the Page. Ideally, they should be elements that are visible to the eye. (For example, a Rectangle with a Fill/Stroke rather than a Grid with no Background)
3) Click on the �️ (eye open) icon in the Navigator for each of the elements introduced in Step 2). You should only see the background of the RootGrid at this point.
4) Either using [Ctrl+Click] or [Shift+Click], multiselect each of the elements introduced in Step 2).
5) With the elements still multiselected, press [Ctrl+G] to group them into a Grid.

6) Expand the Grid created in Step 5), and hover over each of the elements within.

Observe how all of the elements within have the �️ (eye open) icon and are shown as being 'visible' even though they are still hidden.

7) Repeatedly click on the �️ (eye open) icon on each element to attempt to bring them back to being visible.

Observe that the action is ineffective.

Expected Results: The �️ (eye open) icon accurately displays the visibility status of an element
Expected Results: The �️ (eye open) icon always functions to toggle the visibility of an element on/off.
