| Description | Currently, we habituate users to a convention where to select a colour, they click on the Property Field, it opens a Colour Picker panel, and the user is able to select their colour input method of choice between RGB, HSB, Hex, and through the visual picker. However, when a colour for an Effect is to be chosen, the Hex option is missing from the Colour Picker panel. Although the ability to input a hex value directly into the Property field without opening the Colour Picker panel exists, due to how users are trained to open the Colour Picker, it possibly comes off as a 'hidden feature'. Ideally, the Hex field exists in the Effect Colour Picker panels. See attached image for comparison between both types of Colour Pickers between each context. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Repro Steps: 1) Create a Page 2) On the RootGrid, select a Background colour. Observe how when clicking the property to open the Colour Picker panel, an option for Hex input is available. 3) Apply a DropShadow Effect to the RootGrid, and click on the Property for the DropShadow colour to open the Colour Picker. Observe how there is no Hex value input option. Expectation Result: Hex input is available in all Colour Picker panels. | ||||
