Summary0003778: Studio fails to recreate template tree in the navigator on document reload
Description

Being in a template while modifying some resource dictionary file that the XAML file (in which template is being edited) depends on causes the Navigator to be empty when switching back to the document in which we're editing the template.

It seems as if XamlDocument is missing some call to build all the visual trees.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Have a XAML document (lets say Page0.xaml) with a local template and a button using that template
  2. Have a project with a few random resources defined in GlobalResources.xaml (or some resource dictionary merged into Page0.xaml)
  3. Start editing the template in Page0.xaml
  4. Open the resource dictionary document
  5. Delete a resource in that document
  6. Select the Page0.xaml tab
  7. Since Page0.xaml depends on that resource dictionary, it's going to be reloaded from the XAML code
  8. Notice how the navigator now only contains [ControlTemplate] element rather then the full tree of the template
