Summary0003802: Hamburger Menu "Edit" Functions Are Available When The Current Context Doesn't Allow Them To Be Used
Description

Currently, in the Hamburger Menu, when there are actions that can't be performed, we grey them out. (for example, if no Element is selected in the Navigator/Stage, all 'make into' actions are greyed-out.

However, within the 'Edit' section of the Hamburger Menu, the same rules don't quite apply. (for example, if no Element is selected in the Navigator/Stage, the 'Duplicate' function is still available to select...but produces no results).

Ideally, the Hamburger's 'Edit' Menu functions would be able to enable/disable as intelligently as the other Hamburger Menu actions.

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Open any project.
2) Ensure that no Element is selected in the Navigator, or on-Stage, and ensure that no input fields are active either.
3) Copy-Paste any text from any application, and retain it in your clipboard.
4) Open the Application's Hamburger Menu in the Top-Left of the application window, and enter the 'Edit' menu.

Observe how many of the options are available to use even if there is no Element to interact with, and no Input Field to interact with.

Expected Results:

a) If no Element is Selected in the Navigator/On-Stage, then the Duplicate, Delete, Paste, Paste-As-Text actions should be disabled.
(Nothing to duplicate or delete, and nothing to paste text into)

b) If no Element is Selected in the Navigator/On-Stage, and no Property field is active, then Delete, Cut, and Copy actions should be disabled
(nowhere to copy/cut from, and nothing to delete)
