Summary0003883: Crash applying a resource in a trigger setter (in a ControlTemplate)
Description

This doesn't happen 100% of the time, but the repro steps are:

  1. Enter a template
  2. Create a Trigger
  3. Select a Border inside of the ControlTemplate
  4. Go to the Background property press "Apply resource"
  5. Repeat until happens
