Summary0003916: Duplicating an Element in the Hierarchy, Then Undoing, Breaks Element's X:Name
Description

Duplicating an Element, then undoing the duplication causes the duplicated Element's layer name to be wiped.
This could be quite serious if x:names are used in Bindings, or if Elements are used in animations that rely on the Element names.

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Download, and open the attached project.
2) Within the Assets Panel, navigate to the 'Components' folder, and open 'Tile_Base.xaml'
3) Expand all Elements within the Navigator, and [Ctrl+D] to Duplicate any of the Path layers. Before doing so, make a mental note of the name of the Path layer.
4) After duplication, immediately undo with [Ctrl+Z].

Observe how the name of the duplicated Element has been wiped.

Expected Results: Undo/Redo functionality doesn't impact Element names, unless what is being undone/redone is specifically a name change.
