Summary0003920: Changes to GlobalResource Colours Can't be Undone With a Document Open
Description

Currently, the Ctrl+Z 'Undo' (and Ctrl+Y 'Redo') does not function if a change is made to a GlobalDictionary Color Resource whilst in the scope of an open Page.

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Open the Coriolis Sample included within Noesis Studio. MainPage.xaml will be open automatically upon opening the project.
2) Navigate to the Resources Panel [Ctrl+5], and select the GlobalResources.xaml dictionary.
3) Select the Color "Red1" included in the GlobalResources dictionary. This will make its color picker appear in the Properties Panel on the right of the screen.
4) Click and drag the color picker on this color histogram to change the color of 'Red1'.

Observe how the colour changes successfully.

5) Press Ctrl+Z to undo the colour change just performed.

Observe how no effects are noted, and that the change can't be undone.

Expected Results: If a change can be made to GlobalResources, it should also be allowed to be undone from the same scope where the change was made.

This is now possible with global undo/redo stack.
