In essence, this feature would allow the user to capture the content displayed on-Stage:

Essential Features:

• Ability for the user to set the dimensions of the capture. (Must be able to be exceed, or be different than the user's monitor resolution)
• Ability to set whether the export includes transparency, or not.
• PNG-formatted export.

Some discussion we've had around this:

• Potentially consider allowing SVG exports of the Stage contents too.
• UI/UX to be discussed, but feature should potentially exist under a Save As/Export As/Capture menu, likely under the Hamburger-->File menu, from where the user can then select Export Format, Export Dimensions, Transparency Options, etc...
• Export format should likely be as a file rather than to clipboard. We can potentially generate a '.captures' folder within the project directory that contains these captures.
• We will need to determine how to colour the background of an non-transparent Export in which the UI contains transparent elements. I would be tempted to say either the default grey we generate for new Pages, or perhaps the checkered transparency background. Or, maybe there is an option to set non-transparent background color in the export options.
