Summary0003962: There Is No Way To Exit The Colour Sampler Without Making A Selection
Description

Currently, in our Brushes panel, we offer a pipette/colour picker that allows you to sample any pixel colour on-screen.

However, there is currently no method to exit 'sampling mode' without committing to selecting a colour.

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Page
2) Select the Root Grid, and in its Properties Panel, select its 'Background' Property, then navigate to the Solid Brush tab.
3) Immediately to the right of the Opacity histogram within the panel, select the pipette icon to activate colour sampling mode.
4) Attempt to exit Sampling Mode without making a colour selection in the process.

Observe how Colour Sampling Mode can't be exited without also making a selection.

Expected Results: Pressing the [Esc] key exits Sampling Mode without making a selection.
Expected Results: The Pipette/ColourSample icon and button should be excluded from the elements that are capable of being sampled, so that the user can also re-click on the Colour Sample button to exist the mode.
