Summary0003963: Moving An Element Changes Its Dimensions
Description

Currently, in 0.0.181, moving an Element on the Stage using the ArrowKeys not only modifies its Margins (Expected), but also sets its Dimensions to fixed values (unexpected).

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Page
2) Select the Root Grid (which should be set to Stretch/Stretch and with a Width/Height of 'Auto')
3) With the Root Grid Selected, use Shift+ArrowKeys to move the Grid around the Stage.

Observe how the Width and Height are not fixed values rather than being set to 'Auto'.

Expected Results: Moving an Element using the ArrowKeys only ever adjusts its Position, and not its Dimensions Properties.
