Summary	0003988: After press enter, utf8 text becomes utf codes
Description	When I enter UTF-8 text, like `კეთება` and press enter (or when it just losts focus), it becomes `კეთება`. So I can't edit text anymore. Noesis Studio v0.0.190-alpha
Steps To Reproduce	Place TextBlock field Enter any utf8 text (for an example, `კეთება`) in the `Text` property Select any another element on the page Select the TextBlock fieal again. See that text in the `Text` property now looks like `კეთება` although in this case it won't affect text on the page, in some other cases it can also change text on the page (when you edit data set values, as an example).
