Summary	0004029: Copy & Paste isn't working, it creates duplicates on the stage view, but they aren't showing in the Navigator or after saving
Description	If you Copy & Paste in Studio - it shows the duplicate in the stage view, but not the navigator. If you reopen the xaml, it's hasn't saved anything. Checked in latest 0.1.207-beta (r15377)
Steps To Reproduce	Create a new project (v0.1.204-beta) Add any element e.g. Textfield Select in navigator, do ctrl+c, ctrl+v to copy and then paste. (Same happens if you use right click menu to copy & paste too) 4, It adds it to the stage (and you can select it), but they're not to the navigator. If you save and reopen, the copies are gone.
