Currently, within the context of a Data Set's Properties Panel, each line item contains a '3-Dot Menu' on hover.
However, when opened, the menu contains zero actions that can be applied to the Data Set's Value.

The 3-Dot Menu should therefore likely not exist for Data Set Values if there is no intention in providing any of these options.

Repro Steps:

1) Open any Project containing Data Values (I used Ombra)
2) Navigate to the Data Panel, and select any Data Set to expose its Properties Panel.
3) Hover over the row of any Data Property+Data Value, and click on the 3-Dot Menu
Observe how none of the actions in the menu can be applied to the line item.

Expected Results: If no actions in the 3-Dot menu can ever be selected, then the 3-Dot menu shouldn't be present in this context.
