Currently, when hovering over a Data Structure in the Data Panel, the "Manage Templates for Data Structures" button is not styled consistently with its neighbouring "Create Data Set" and "Delete Structure" icons.

Repro Steps:

1) Open any Project containing Data (Ombra is a good choice)
2) Within the Data Panel, click on any Data Structure to render its background bright blue.
3) Hover over the 3 icons that appear on the hover of the Data Structure.

Observe how when the "Create Data Set" and "Delete Structure", they brighten up.
However, when the "Manage Templates for Data Structure" icon is hovered, it contains a dark grey background.
