Currently, there are issues with the presentation of the Alternation Converter Properties; in particular with Tabs not being properly aligned.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a new Project featuring a MainPage.xaml
2) Introduce a Button to the Page.
3) Create a Binding on the Button's 'Content' Property. From the 'Relative' Binding Tab, set a Relative Mode of 'Self', then set the Path to 'ActualHeight'.
4) Open the Binding's Expander to reveal the Converter Property, and set "AlternationConverter" as the Converter.
5) Expand the Converter Property's Arrow, and on the row titled "Values", click the + (Plus) Symbol on the right of the row, directly adjacent to the (0 Items) label.
A first item will be created at this point.

Observe how the AlternationConverter Properties feature misaligned Transform Mode Tabs .

Expected Results: The Transform Tabs are constrained to the panel they are relevant to.
