Summary0004291: TextBox Elements Cannot be Templated in Studio Without Loss of Functionality
Description

Currently, creating a Template of a TextBox (text input) is not possible without breaking some functionality of the Element.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Project featuring a MainPage.xaml
2) Introduce a TextBox Element to the Page, and select it.
3) In the TextBox's Properties Panel, clear the 'Text' value.
4) In the TextBox's Properties Panel, verify functionality of the 'Placeholder' Property by inputting any value.

5) Right-Click on the TextBox, and create a Template stored in the GlobalResources. This will open the TextBox in the inline Template Editor.
6) Exit the Template to return to the MainPage.
7) In the TextBox's Properties Panel, clear the 'Text' value.
8) In the TextBox's Properties Panel, verify functionality of the 'Placeholder' Property by inputting any value.

Observe how 'Placeholder' text is no longer able to render on the TextBox.

Expected Results: Creating a Template from any of Studio's default Elements should conserve all original functionality.
