Summary0004298: Resource Creation PopUp Features Repeated "Create In" Text
Description

Currently, when creating and saving a new Resource, in the popup panel that asks for a name, and storage location, the Storage Location field is labelled as "Create In".
However, the options from the Storage Location also feature the words "Create In".

This results in the UI reading:
"Create in: Create in the document root"
"Create in: Create in [Button]"
"Create in: Create as local value in [Button]"
"Create in: Create in Global Resoruces"

See attached image.

To avoid unnecessary repetition, this could be changed to:

"Create in: Document Root"
"Create in: [Button] Root"
"Create in [Button] as Local Value"
"Create in: Global Resources"
