Whilst observing a live completion of the Styles and Templates Tutorial (https://www.noesisengine.com/docs/4.0/Gui.Studio.Tutorial_ButtonTemplatesAndStyles.html), even with:
a) a screenshot of the Layout Transform section visible.
b) a written warning/admonition explaining how to access the Layout Transforms

The user in question completing the Tutorial was still unable to find the Layout Transform section without intervention, even when correctly able to identify that the operation needed to be completed under the 'Transform' Property group. I do not believe this to be an isolated incident.

To avoid this occurring, I would like to propose that the 'expander' is removed from the Transform Property group, and that the Render Transform, the Layout Transform, and the 3D Transform Property sections are all visible by default.

I would however retain the current functionality where the entire Transform Property group is collapsed by default to avoid valuable Properties real estate being occupied by the various Transform methods.
