Summary	0004327: Editing a tooltip is not properly viewed on the stage while zooming
Description	The current tooltip editor is working fine and support modifying the tooltip but it's hard too see in stage because each time we zoom in or out it just sticks to the current view. Steps: 1 - Add a button element 2 - Add a tooltip to the button 3 - Modify the tooltip visuals and try to zoom in/out
