Summary0004402: Path Points Position Don't Match Shape Rendered On-Stage
Description

Currently, we have a rendering bug where the position of the Path Points drawn on Stage don't match the edges of their drawn shape.
See attached image.


Repro Steps:

1) Open the StormKnight Project from the GitHub InternalProjects
2) Navigate to the Storyboard Panel, and select the 'Breathing Cape' Storyboard
3) Switch to the Path Selection Tool (A)

Observe how all Path Points are placed exactly at the perimeter of the cape.

4) Move the playhead across the Timeline.

Observe how in many instances, the Path Points render at varying distances away from the perimeter of the cape.

5) Switch to the Selection Tool (V), then back to the Path Selection Tool (A)

Observe how switching Tool places the Path Points back along the perimeter of the cape correctly.

Expected Results: The position in which Path Points are drawn always corresponds to where they are physically positioned.
