Summary -
If you drag to resize a grid element to the point where it snaps to '0' the resize matrix will disappear until you click off and back onto the element. The element will reset to the size it was before you attempted to resize. I have noticed this works with most empty elements, such as empty text blocks, empty grids, etc. When elements have content in them I don't notice the issue. For example if my grid has a background then resizing the same will just push the box as expected.

Steps to repro -

1. Create a new page
2. Create a grid element and leave it empty
3. Resize grid element by clicking and dragging the left resize box and slowly move it to the opposite side. Once you get close to '0' it will snap
