Summary	0004456: Can't apply a Brush resource to a TextBlock's Foreground in a Visual State
Description	Edit a ControlTemplate, for example for a Button. Go to the Visual States animation and edit MouseOver state Select a TextBlock in the template and try to 'Apply Resource' to the Foreground property It will create a KeyFrame with a resource applied, but Properties panel will still show the original local value. The Properties panel should show the resource and allow selecting other resources from the list.
