When selecting an Element in the Timeline panel user expects that actions performed over that element are related to the animation. Right-clicking that element should show a context menu with entries related to the animations it contains.

For example, "Delete" should delete all the animations affecting that element, instead of deleting the element itself like is happening now. Also, it makes no sense to show Style, Template or Layout entries in that menu.
