Summary0004464: Circular Project References Can be Created in Studio, Resulting in Crashing
Description

Currently, in Studio, it is possible to create two Projects which reference eachother in a circular fashion.
This then leads to a fatal application crash when opening the Project in Studio.

Repro Steps:

1) Download, and unzip the attached MultiProject.zip.
In this setup, Project_B_Destination already contains a Project Reference to Project_A_Source

2) Open Project_A_Source in Studio.

3) From the Assets Panel, add a Project Reference to Project_B_Destination.
A red warning will appear warning the user that there is a duplicate Assembly name. However, despite the this, the Referenced Project will still appear in the Assets Panel.

4) Save and Close Noesis Studio.

5) Open Project_B_Destination in Studio.

Observe the application crashing on load.

Expected Results: Users are prevented from creating fatal circular references in Studio.
