Currently, if a Component is currently the only file in a Directory within a Project, it is not possible to drag-and-drop it from the Assets Panel onto a Page, as it automatically opens the Component on mouse-press, thus, not making it possible to have a Page open, and the Component dragged.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Project containing a MainPage.xaml

2) In the Assets Panel, create a new Folder under the Root.

3) Within the New Folder, create a Component.
This will open the Component in a new tab in Studio.

4) Return to the tab of the MainPage.xaml

5) Attempt to Drag-and-Drop the Component created in Step 3), into the Navigator, or onto the Stage of MainPage.xaml

Observe how when clicked-and-dragged, the Component's tab is opened, preventing insertion of it into the MainPage's Page.

Expected Results: Drag-and-Dropping a Component doesn't open it in a tab.
