Summary0004484: XAML Changes Made to an ImageBrush's Relative Scale Transform Centers Don't Don't Appear Until After Reboot
Description

Currently, in the absence of being able to set an ImageBrush's Relative Scale Transform from the Center (0.5, 0.5) (https://www.noesisengine.com/bugs/view.php?id=4476), the operation must be performed by hand-writing XAML code.

However, Studio does not detect the CenterX and CenterY properties written, and only become visible once the application has been rebooted.

Repro Steps:

1) Download and open the attached Project.
(note that fonts and most images have been removed to reduce attachment filesize)

2) On the MainPage, right click on the 'Unity' tile on the right of screen, and open the ContentControl/Content Template for edit.

3) Select the Unity tile once again, and right click on it, and open the next ContentControl/Content Template for edit.

4) In the Navigator, identify the Element named 'Image_Master_Base_Border' and click on it to display its Properties in the Properties Panel.

5) Open the 'Background' Property, and once its ImageBrush Panel is open, exand the 'Advanced Properties' section and identify the RelativeTransform/Scale tab.

6) In the Scale X and Scale Y fields, input '1.5' in each.
Observe how the image scales from the top-left of its frame.

7) Save all Pages in Studio.

8) Open Templates_Surfaces_Resources.xaml in VSCode ( or Nitro ;) ), and search for 'Image_Master_Base_Border'.
Within this, you will find an ImageBrush.RelativeTransform containing a ScaleX="1.5"and a ScaleY="1.5".

9) Modify <ScaleTransform> line to read: <ScaleTransform ScaleX="1.5" ScaleY="1.5" CenterX="0.5" CenterY="0.5"/>
This will set the ImageBrush to Scale from its Center.

10) Save the file, and return to Studio.

Observe how the ImageBrush is still scaling from the TopLeft.

11) Close, and re-open Studio.

Observe how the ImageBrush is now scaling from Center.

Expected Results: Valid XAML Changes to the ScaleTransform are immediately rendered in Studio when the XAML is saved.
