Description	Animating a property of a resource Brush's Transform/RelativeTransform, using BrushAdorner or BrushEditor, will fail. It should create a local copy of the Brush, and animate that, but it does not. Reproduction Steps: Set the Background of a Grid to a RadialGradientBrush Convert the Background to a resource Create a Storyboard Select the Grid Open the BrushEditor for Background Open Advanced Properties Try to animate the Angle in RelativeTransform (this will fail)
