Summary	0004597: Styles let you select BasedOn Styles which are defined after the Style being edited
Description	The BasedOn dropdown will let you select a Style which is not a valid option, the combobox remains empty, and it will not work as BasedOn is is a reflection property, and a StaticResource is used. Similarly, you can select Styles in other GlobalResources dictionaries, but these don't work either, the resource cannot be found.
