Summary0004641: No Warning Toast When Attempting To Name a XAML File An Existing Name
Description

Currently, if you attempt to give a name to an Element that is already in-use by another Element, a red Toast Warning will appear stating "Name already taken [...]"

The same occurs attempting to rename a Resource to an already-existing name.

However, when attempting the same operation, renaming a XAML file in the Assets Panel, to a name that already exists, no warning toast appears, and the name simply changes to a valid name.

The same warning toast as appears for other invalid renames, should also appear for XAML file renames.

1) Create a new Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Create a new Page from the Assets Panel.

3) Rename the new Page created in Step 2) to "MainPage.xaml", and submit the change.

Observe how the name change doesn't apply, the name reverts, but no warning is provided as to the error that occured.

Expected Results: Rejecting a name change due to name duplication should yield a warning popup explaining why the rename wasn't possible.
