Deleting a keyframe in the timeline collapses the related timeline hierarchy.

REPRO STEPS

1. Create a ControlTemplate.
2. Open Animation - Visual States and select any state (in the video: Normal).
3. In the Navigator, select any element (in the video: ContentPresenter).
4. Create a keyframe by changing any property (in the video: Opacity).
5. Create another keyframe by changing a different property (in the video: Render Transform X).
6. Delete one of the keyframes.
7. Observe that the timeline hierarchy collapses.

Expected Result
Deleting a keyframe should not collapse anything in the timeline hierarchy.

Actual Result
Deleting a keyframe collapses the timeline hierarchy.
