This feature would allow users to add Attached Properties to Templates within Noesis Studio.

The completion of this feature would then allow us to deprecate Components, as all features offered by Components could be handled by Templates+Custom Attached Properties.

Architecturally, these Attached Properties would be created at the Template Root Level within a created Template, and the user would add them from the Root Level Element in the exact same way that a user can add Dynamic Properties to Components.

These Attached Properties would then be stored in the Element Template, and at the Element Level, the Properties available, would then/therefore reflect the Base Properties of each Element, plus any custom Attached Properties.

Ideally, we would also find a way to make the result of creating these, 'drag-and-droppable' in the same way that Components currently are. One potential avenue for this may be to have them draggable from the Resources Panel. (This function would potentially only be applicable to globally-accessible Control Templates)

Once this is complete, we can then create a task to convert all of our Samples Components into Element Templates.
Once that is complete, we can then consider a deprecation/removal of Components altogether.
