I attach a project with a control and a template, the template has a visual state manager with 2 states.
One represents the control with Head and the other without.
There is a border with an initial corner radius of 300
The headless state sets it to 0, you can see the curve is there.
There is an additional curve of color to make sure it is not a trigger issue ( the color shows fine )
If you go to inspect the state you will see the curve is there, with a frame value of 0,0,0,0 but it is not applied.
When edit first time it shows fine, it fails after reopening the document or the project.
It affects runtime AFAIK
