Summary	0004718: Stage layout stops updating as expected and need to reload the document
Description	Was trying to isolate another issue and noticed some unexpected layout that go away after reloading the document The issue can be reproduced by dragging width, after width becomes low enough the layout breaks and only gets fixed after reloading the document or making the width larger than the available space. I attach the a gif showing the issue, and the project where happens. Studio Version: v0.1.262-beta
