Description

Currently, we support the 'Project Reference' feature in Studio.

However, when a Studio Project is using a resource from a 'referenced' Project, viewing Studio's file in VSCode produces a XAML error.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project containing a MainPage.xaml
2) From the Assets Panel, add a Reference Project of your choice (as long as it contains Assets or Resources).
3) In the MainPage, use any Resource or Asset from the Referenced Project.

4) Save all open documents, then open MainPage.xaml in VSCode (keeping Studio running alongside it).

Observe how in VSCode, all Resources and Assets from the Reference Project are exhibiting 'red underline' errors.

Expected Results: Studio's 'Reference Project' feature is supported in the official VSCode extension.
