Summary0004762: Transforming Skewed Elements In A Storyboard Produces Unexpected Results
Description

Currently, if a shape is Render Transform Skewed across both the X and Y Axis, when it it transformed in Width and Height using the Element's adorners, the horizontal and vertical transformation functions as expected.

However, when the exact same operation is attempted in the context of within a Storyboard, the Element transforms in unexpected ways, and once the mouse is released from the adorners, the Element 'snaps' into a position not matching what's been rendered on-Stage during the transform.

Video attached.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Select the Root Grid on-Stage, give it any Background colour, and set its Render Transform Origin to 0.5,0.5 (Center Origin),

3) With the Root Grid still selected, set its Render Transform Skew Angle to 32 on the x-axis, and 32 on the y- axis.

4) Equip the Selection Tool (V), and use the Grid's left/right and top/bottom adorners to change the dimensions of the shape.

Observe the behaviour of the Grid Element when being transformed via this method.

5) Undo the changes made with the Adorners in Step 4).

6) Navigate to the Animation/Storyboards Panel, and create a new Storyboard.
The Page will now be in 'Recording Mode'.

7) Equip the Selection Tool (V), and use the Grid's left/right and top/bottom adorners to change the dimensions of the shape.

Observe how the adorner transformation results are vastly different than when done outside of a Storyboard as was observed in Step 4)
Observe how the Element 'snaps' to an unexpected position once the mouse has been released during a Storyboard transformation.

Expected Results: Using adorners on an Element in a Storyboard should produce a 1:1 match with adorner transformations in other contexts.
Expected Results: Elements transformed via its adorners should reflect the position and appearance of the shape when it was manipulated with its adorners, and not 'snap' to a different position altogether.
