| Summary | 0004765: Setting A 'Bounciness' of 1 with a High 'Bounces' Property On the BounceInOut Preset Causes Enormous Performance Degradation | ||||
| Description | Currently, it appears that when setting the BounceInOut Interpolation preset, setting a 'Bounciness' of '1' coupled with a moderately high 'Bounces' Property, can cause Studio's framerate to drop from 60FPS down to 5FPS, impacting the entire application. See attached video, keeping an eye on the FPS counter in the upper-right corner. Repro Steps: 1) Open the MiniShowcases Studio Project. 5) Select the final (right-most) keyframe of the Element titled 'KiteAndString_Girl_INTERPOLATED', and change its Interpolation Preset to 'BounceInOut'. 7) Change the Properties of the 'BounceInOut' preset to 'Bounces' = '60', and 'Bounciness' = '1'. Expected Results: No dramatic performance impacts should be observed when modifying Animation presets on a single keyframe. | ||||
