Currently, it is possible through Undo/Redoing, to end up in a situation where the user is on the Resources Panel, but still has the Storyboard 'Timeline' visible at the bottom of the application window.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml
2) Select the Root Grid on MainPage.xaml, change its 'Background' Property.
3) Navigate to the Animation/Storyboards Panel, and create a new Storyboard.
4) At any frame in the Timeline, key a change to the Root Grid's 'Background' Property.

5) Save all open Documents, and open the 'Resources' Panel.

6) Press Ctrl+Z to undo, until you arrive in a position where the Timeline of the Storyboard created in Step 3) appears whilst still being inside of the Resources Panel.

Observe how the Storyboard Timeline is visible and open despite not having the Storyboard Panel open and with a Storyboard selected.

Expected Results: Undoing a change to a Storyboard should display the Animation/Storyboard Panel in question where the change took place.
