Summary0004781: Triggers Unable To Parse GridSplitter Property Changes
Description

Currently, when creating a Trigger, there appears to be an underlying issue where the Trigger is unable to process the GridSplitter's Properties.

For example, Setting a Trigger to change VisualState if the GridSplitter's 'Resize Direction' is set to "Rows", does not successfully fire the Trigger.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) introduce a GridSplitter Element to the Root Grid, and rename it to give it a custom name.

3) Right-click on the GridSplitter, and create a visually distinct Template for it, saved to GlobalResources.xaml.

4) Exit the Template Dummy Editor, and return to the Mainpage.

5) Navigate to the Animation/VisualStates Panel, and create a new VisualState Group containing two distinct Visual States. (eg: have one unrotated, and one rotated)

6) With the GridSplitter selected, then open the Interactivity/Triggers Panel, and create a new DataTrigger on the GridSplitter.

7) In the Trigger's 'Binding' field, click its 3-Dot menu, and select 'Create Binding'.

8) Select the the 'Relative' Tab, select the 'Name' tab, and in the 'Element Name' field, select the name of the GridSplitter given in Step 3).

9) In the 'Path' field, set the Property to 'Resize Direction'

10) In the 'Value' field, input "Rows".

11) Add an Action to the Trigger of type "GoToStateAction. Under the 'Target' field, select the name of the GridSplitter from Step 2). Under the 'State' field, select the distinct Visual State created in Step 5)

At this point, there should be a Trigger than when the GridSplitter's "Resize Direction" Property is set to "Rows", will engage a distinct Visual State.

12) Select the GridSplitter on the Page, and change its 'Resize Direction' Property to "Rows".

Observe how the Trigger is not firing off successfully.

Expected Results: A GridSplitter's Properties are able to trigger a Trigger Action.
