Summary0004807: Launcher Doesn't Reflect Updated OS-Driven Name Casings
Description

Currently, in the event that a Project has the casing of its Project Name and/or its Directory Name changed, the Studio Launcher will continue to display the name with the previous casing.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Project directory named 'MyFirstProject'.
2) Within 'MyFirstProject', using the Studio Launcher's 'Create New' button, create a Studio Project named 'MyFirstStudioProject'
This will open the Project in Studio.

3) Close Studio, and re-open the launcher, and make a note of the Project Name, and the Path shown for the Project in the launcher.
Observe how the name is 'MyFirstStudioProject', contained within .../MyFirstProject/

4) Close the Noesis Studio Launcher.

5) In Windows Explorer, rename the 'MyFirstProject' directory to 'myfirstproject' (all lowercase).

6) In Windows Explorer, rename the 'MyFirstStudioProject.noesis' Project to 'myfirststudioproject.noesis' (all lowercase).

Open the Studio Launcher.
Observe how the names displayed still show the mixed-case version of the names from Step 2).

Expected Results: The Noesis Studio Launcher displays the names of folders and files the same as they exist within the OS.
