Currently, Text Runs' Properties Panel displays a selection of Properties which are unable to take effect on TextRuns themselves.

For example, whilst the 'Foreground' Property of a Text Run does successfully change the selected Run's color, the Opacity and Margin Properties produce no visible results.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a new Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml , and introduce a TextBlock to it, featuring Text' Property value of at least two characters.

2) Double-click the TextBlock on the Stage to engage its Text edit mode, and use the selection marquee to select part of the TextBlock, then using the TextBlock's adorners, convert the selection of text into a 'Run'.

This will create Runs within the TextBlock in the Navigator.

3) Select one of the runs from the Navigator, and change its 'Foreground' Property to a different color.

Observe how the Run's colour changes.

4) With the Run still selected, changes its Opacity and/or its Margins

Observe how neither of these options produce any visible results.
