Summary0004851: Triggers Set On Page Are Unable to Invoke Elements Visual States
Description

Currently, there appears to be an issue where if a Trigger is set at the Page level, and it Targets an Element, the Trigger doesn't successfully invoke the Page's Visual States.

See attached Project.

Repro Steps:

1) Download, unzip, and open the attached Studio Project.

Navigate around the Project and observe:
a) The Visual States in the Animation Panel. Click on each of them and verify that they indeed produce changes on-Stage.
b) The Triggers in the Interactivity Panel, and how they should in theory, be invoking each of the Visual States based on the CheckBox's 'IsChecked' Property.

2) Play the Page, and click on the 'Click Me!' CheckBox on the Stage.

Observe how no changes occur on-Stage.

3) Replicate the exact two Triggers found in the Triggers Panel, but instead of the Triggers being applied to the Page, apply them to the CheckBox Element on the Stage.

4) Play the Page, and click on the 'Click Me!' CheckBox on the Stage.

Observe how now, the Triggers invoke each Visual State as expected.

Expected Results: Triggers can be applied to a Page, and work in targeting the Page's Visual States.
