Currently, among the many options of the ControlStoryboardAction, is the 'SkipToFill' Option.

However, this is not yet an implemented feature.

The 'SkipToFill' option should therefore either be removed from the Studio UI, or the feature should be implemented.

Repro Steps:

1) Create any Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) From the Animation Panel, create any Storyboard animation featuring the root Grid animating any Property.

2) Navigate to the Interactivity Panel, select the root Grid from the Navigator,
This will open the Trigger's Properties in the Properties Panel.

3) Create an EventTrigger on the Trigger that launches on a 'Loaded' Event (this should be the default)

3) Add an Action to the Trigger, select 'ControlStoryboardAction' as the type, and then as the Action 'Option', select 'SkipToFill'.

4) Play the Page.

Observe how the Animation does not Skip to Fill.

Expected Results: Non-implemented options are not available for selection in the Studio UI
