Summary0004904: Unclear That Two Events In The Events Timeline Cannot Be Multi-Edited
Description

Currently, multiple Event Frames can be selected in the Timeline.

However, it is not clear that the values of the two Events cannot be simultaneously edited through a Property multi-edit.

If two Events are selected, their common Properties Panel should reflect the behaviors of Elements being selected; and should:

At the top; show "# Events Selected"

And then show any common Properties between both Event frames (which in cases identified so far, is none).

There are possible arguments to being able to Add Events to multiple frames at once, but this should likely be discussed and validated first.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Create a Storyboard, and add two Events at different timestamps along the Timeline.

3) Click-and-drag the cursor to select both Event frames.
This will display the Event frame Properties.

4) Remaining with both Event frames selected, make any changes to the Event Properties.

5) Deselect both Event frames, and click both Event frames one-by-one, and inspect each of their Properties panels.

Observe how the changes have occurred in only one of the Event frames.

Expected Results: Only Properties which can be multi-edited are accessible and visible during a multi-selection
