Summary0004920: Clicking On Timeline After Logging Keyframe Value, Creates A New Unexpected Keyframe
Description

Currently, clicking on the top 'Timemap' portion of a Timeline can cause the creation of a keyframe if a keyframe at a different timestamp was directly input prior.

See attached video.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml, and give the root Grid a Solid color value as its 'Background'.

2) Navigate to the Animation/Storyboards Panel, and create a new Storyboard.

3) Key an Opacity of 0% at the 0s mark, and another keyframe of 0% Opacity at the 2s mark.

4) At the 0.500 mark, key an opacity value of 50% using the Property's text input field.

5) Without interacting with any other part of the Studio UI in-between, click at the top of the Timeline in the area where the second marks are displayed, at the 1s mark.

Observe how a keyframe has been created at the point where the Timeline time-map was clicked.

Expected Results: Moving the playhead doesn't result in keyframe creation.
