Currently, if in the process of renaming a Resource in the Resources Panel by double-clicking on the name, clicking on the name again, will wipe the Resource's Properties Panel of contents.

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Navigate to the Resources Panel, and select GlobalResources.

3) Create a Color Resources within GlobalResources, without renaming it from its default name.

4) Double-click on the name/text of the Color Resource to enter its 'name edit' mode.
Observe how its Properties Panel is populated with content relevant to the Resource.

5) With the name edit box still active, click once more on the text.
Observe how its Properties Panel on the right of the screen now gets wiped of content.

Expected Results: Clicking on a name being edited doesn't impact the content of the Resource's Properties Panel.
