Summary0004952: 'Make Into Style' Function Doesn't Allow Creating As Default Type
Description

Currently, if a Style is created either from the Resources Panel, or by right-clicking on an Element on-Stage and navigating to 'Style'-->'[Element]'-->'Create' in its context menu, the option is provided to set it as 'Default' Style for its Type.

However, when performing a Style Creation action from the Element's context menu via the 'Make Into'-->'Style', the option to set it as the 'Default' Style for its Type is not offered.

See attached video.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Introduce two Button Elements into the root Grid.

3) Select one of the two buttons, make any change to its visual appearance, then right-click on it, and navigate to 'Make Into'-->'Style'.
Observe how the option to 'Make Default' is disabled.

4) Select the other button, right-click on it, and navigate to 'Style'-->'Button'-->'Create'
Observe how via this method, the button can be made into a Default Style for Buttons.

Expected Results: The 'Make into Style' option in which a user designs an Element before making it into a Style, provides the same functions as a user first creating a Style, then designs it internally.
