Currently, Studio offers a 'LoadContentAction' Trigger action that is capable of loading a XAML document into a ContentControl Element.

However, the same can be achieved with the best-practice of instead using a ChangePropertyAction set to change a ContentControl's Content Template.
The advantage of this, is that this same ChangePropertyAction Action can also be used to unload a Template.

Therefore, the 'LoadContentAction' is somewhat redundant, and can be safely removed from Studio, and any legacy uses can be handled by individual user setups of their integration of Noesis, if necessary.

Important: Please message @Dorian when this is complete, as I will have to remove this Action from the Triggers documentation.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Select the root Grid, navigate to the Interactivity/Triggers Panel, and press the '+' icon in the upper-right, and add an 'EventTrigger'
This will expose the Triggers Properties in the Properties Panel.

3) Add an 'Action' to the Trigger, and select the 'LoadContentAction'.

Expected Results: This Action is not available in this menu.
